fourteen. Douglas

“Manu” in Muay
Thai.
At only 22 years of age,
Douglas has already racked
up a professional MMA record
of 15-4. (His amateur record
was 3-0)
Douglas
is currently listed among
the top 100 MMA fighters in
the world who have not yet
joined the UFC by Sherdog
and is definitely a
personality to watch in the
world of up and coming MMA.

Garrision has been fighting
competitively and teaching
for many years and has
toured the world to learn
from some of the best
instructors and fighters
available. He trained
in the U.K with Micheal
Bisping at the Wolfslair as
well as training in Vegas
with Todd Duffy and Forest
Griffin at Xtreme Couture's.
Ethan has also trained Jiu
Jitsu under Gracie Barra,
Kazeka Munoz,
Roan
Carneiro "Jucao", and
Roberto Traven.
Currently, Ethan is a
Professional MMA fighter
with a 8-0 pro record.
He teaches Brazilian Jiu
Jitsu in both the
Marietta
and
Roswell

Warren Thompson (born on
December 12, 1985 in
Bluefield, VA) is an
American mixed martial arts
(MMA) fighter who currently
fights as a middleweight.
He began his training in
Muay Thai then soon after,
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).
He trains with Khunpon
Dechkampu in Muay Thai and
Roberto Traven in BJJ, Sean
Hage in wrestling and Jerry
Collet in strength and
conditioning. Warren’s
experience is greatly
influenced by Ethan Garrison
in BJJ.
With four years
experience, Warren holds an
undefeated record in pro MMA
of 6-1 with four submissions
and 1 KO, 1-0 in pro muay
thai, and 0-1 pro record
kickboxing in China.
In 2008, Warren won the 2008
WKA USA North American
Combat Sports Championships
in 185 lbs weight division
in the MMA Open.

Sam
Wells originally learned
from Bruce Lee’s student,
Dan Inosanto and was guided
by Scott Han in the
philosophy of Jeet Kune Do,
while training further in
Catch Wrestling and Muay
Thai. He
continued his training with
Chris Malgeri and began
teaching and fighting
competitively in 1997.
He currently continues his
Muay Thai training under
August Porquet.

Charles "Tudo Bem" Story
became involved with BJJ in
1996 in Texas - in the days
when BJJ matches were held
in garages and had no time
limits. "I watched the first
UFC's and decided to try it
out. Of course I thought I
couldn't be taken to the
ground, but found out
otherwise after a couple
seconds of training! I knew
then this was the sport I
would be involved in
forever".
Charles has record of 22-10
as a BJJ competitor and
competed in the 2004
Mundials in Brazil. Charles
is currently a 3 stripe
brown belt under Gracie
Barra. Charles has traveled
to many states over the past
14 years and taught classes
at over 30 academies
nationwide. In addition to
cornering his students,
Charles is also an MMA
commentator. With a strong
emphasis on the basics and
"position before
submission", his students
are very successful at
tournaments. Charles
teaches MMA, kickboxing and
self defense classes. |

Craig Sconion has trained
amateur and professional
boxers, both male and
female, at all ages and
skill levels for over
fifteen years.
His boxers have
competed and won in
State, Regional and
National Championships
including the Olympic
Training Championships in
Colorado Springs, Co.
Coach
Sconion is proud to have
boxers who have competed in
the National Silver Gloves,
Regional Silver Gloves,
Tennessee Golden Gloves,
Mid-Atlantic Championships,
Georgia Golden Gloves,
Georgia Games, and
Loring Baker State
Championships, all
representing the State of
Georgia.
Coach
Craig has an outstanding
reputation in the boxing
community that goes beyond
the ring. He has received
several community awards for
his dedication to the local
youth, including a City
Proclamation award from the
City of Alpharetta for
outstanding leadership and
dedication to the youth of
that city while working for
the Police Athletic League.
The Police Athletic
league also awarded him an
Outstanding Service Award.

Craig is a dedicated family
man and proud father. His
son Qadri Sconion is an
outstanding youth boxer who
boxes at National
Championships and has won
Golden Gloves, Silver
Gloves, State and Regional
Championships.

Frank Torres has been
involved in boxing and
martial arts for over 35
yrs.
Frank holds black belts
in karate and combat shuai
chiao and has been a
certified boxing coach for
about 15 yrs. He currently
trains male and female
athletes on both an amatuer
and professional level.
Frank Torres is also a self
defense instructor.

Concepts under Paul Vunak,

He has also trained
and studied with some of the
world’s greatest martial
arts instructor such as Sifu/Guro
Ron Balicki, the legendary
Sifu/Guro Dan Inosanto, Guro
Victor Gendrano, Jr., Baba
Taji Nangi, and Sensei Erik
Paulson to name a few.
Arnold
is also a certified CPR &
First Aid Instructor with

Sammie Milhouse - Boxing

Training for the 2012 Olympics, Sammie "Shakehouse"
Milhouse, a 5-1 welterweight
boxer focuses on his goal to
represent the United States
for the gold metal. At
a lean and highly
conditioned 152 lbs, Sammie
dominates the ring. He
endures rigoruous workouts 6
days a week, which include
up to 9 miles of running a
day and speed/heavy bag
workouts. He maintains
a healthly diet and follows
a meticulous schedule of
all-natural vitamins and
health supplements to fuel
his body for intense
training.
As a Georgia State Golden
Gloves Champion, silver
medalist of the Georgia
Games in 2009 and the Blue &
BBQ Two South Region Title
Champion, Milhouse is a competitive
force in the sport of
boxing. His recent
accomplishment has been
featured in the
NorthFulton.com in June
2009, as well as
NeighborNewspapers.com for
his involvement with the
kids boxing program at Iron
Clutch Fitness in Roswell,
GA.
Managed by Demetrius "Kinky
B" Ellerbee, his trainers
include Coach Craig Sconion,
and fellow welterweight
fighter Fred Tukes, who has
boxed with some of the
boxing industry's finest,
including Floyd Mayweather,
Oscar De La Hoya, and Sugar
Shane Mosley.
Recently, he helped train and
condition Fred Tukes for The
Miguel Cotto Training Camp.
In November 2009, he
traveled to San Francisco's
SFC Boxing Gym to spar and
train with fellow
competitors and Coach Ben of
SFC Boxing Gym.

John Bloodworth has been
wrestling since he was
twelve years old, and got
involved in Muay Thai and
MMA as he got older.
He has won numerous
wrestling championships,
including
the Virginia
Commonwealth games.
His current boxing
record is 3-1, he has won
NAGA twice, placed 3rd
in COSCA GROSSA and competed
in several BJJ tournaments.
John is currently
training, fighting and
instructing out of Iron
Clutch Fitness, Marietta.
